Unclaimed Shipments
Unclaimed shipments are returned to us and may be donated to charity if unclaimed for 30 days.
Address Issues
If an incorrect address is provided, shipments will be returned to us. Reshipment costs are your responsibility.
Claims for Defects
Claims for defective, damaged, or misprinted items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as customized or sealed goods, are non-returnable for health or hygiene reasons. This includes but is not limited to face masks and undergarments
Return Process

3. Social Media: Message us on any of our official social media channels, and we will guide you through the return process.
Approved returns must be sent to the provided return address within 14 days of authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Refunds
● Refunds will only be issued for defective, damaged, or misprinted items once the claim is verified.
● Refunds are not available for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or personalized items unless the error is on our part.
● Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
Exchanges
● Exchanges are allowed for defective or incorrect items. To initiate an exchange, contact us within 30 days of receipt.
● Size exchanges or changes due to personal preference are subject to availability and additional charges, including shipping fees.
● If an item is unavailable for exchange, a refund or store credit may be issued.
International Returns
● International customers are responsible for return shipping fees, including customs and
duties.
● Refunds for international returns will be processed in the original currency of purchase,
minus any applicable fees.
